Car Meet Disclaimer & Terms of Participation
By registering for and attending a Pantheon Garage car meet, the registrant (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Vehicle and Registration Responsibility
- The person registered must arrive with the vehicle associated with the registration.
- The registered person does not need to be the driver of the vehicle.
- The registered person assumes full responsibility for the vehicle, its condition, and its conduct throughout the event.
- The vehicle must be properly insured and legally licensed.
- The license plate on the vehicle must match the license plate provided during registration.
On-Site Conduct and Parking Rules
- Once parked, the vehicle must remain in its designated parking space for the duration of the event.
- Vehicles are only permitted to move when entering, parking, or leaving the venue.
- Strictly prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Burnouts
- Donuts or drifting
- Excessive revving
- Reckless or unsafe driving behavior
- Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the event and potential permanent ban from future meets.
General Disclaimer and Liability
- Pantheon Garage is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in the event.
- By registering, the Participant acknowledges that all activities are undertaken at their own risk.
- The Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, and to follow all instructions given by event staff.
By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
